Creative Projects

I lucked out and ended up in a self-employment program at a local college. With their help, and financial supports from the local employment services, I'm able to focus on and get help with building my own business from my art. Right now, that means some financial and admin help while I make art. I'm planning to focus on prints, with a couple pieces in the works right now. Sign up for my email newsletter if you're interested in getting an update when my first prints are ready!

Oh! I also started a discord server to hang with people who appreciate dinos, dragons, and other fun scaley things. You can check here for the link if you wanna join me! I'm all alone for now lol.

Personal

I'm still working on figuring out how to manage life with ADHD, and it's a very hit or miss process so far. PDA is still really difficult for me personally, even when it's me trying to tell myself to do things.

I'm taking a break from language learning right now, but toki pona is still really cute to me, so I'm probably gonna go back to it when ready - might even incorporate some of the fun fonts of toki pona in my artwork too, for funsies.

Pets

Still no name for the brine shrimp DIY tank colony - I keep overfeeding or otherwise fucking up their water quality, so they haven't made it to full adult yet. Big plus though: I finally switched to an actual marine salt for the water. I was using plain old kitchen salt before but had no luck. I could finally afford Instant Ocean Marine Salt so I grabbed a bag and I've been using it successfully since then.

Voids are still happy and thriving. 🐈

Games

Currently splitting my time between RDR2 and Fallout 4 (thanks Fallout TV show for putting that worm back in my brain 🙃), but still returning to Path of Titans regularly.

I still occasionally consider starting a twitch channel and streaming games and/or drawing, but I dunno. The pressure of socializing while playing or drawing seems...rough for me? 🤷 I'll keep percolating on it for a bit.
